Educational

Tim Bat, the Prince of Fools, is the Court Jester from Tudor times. Elegantly attired in the traditional motley, cap & bells, Tim brings the period alive with a performance worthy of King Henry VIII himself. The show is both educational and fun; his amusing tricks and routines are richly embellished with explanations and anecdotes.

“The Prince of Fools provided us with a most enjoyable, authentic and skilful display, well-matched to the children’s age and interests. Tim’s spontaneous interaction with the children held their attention and involved them fully in this memorable performance. The show provided great imaginative stimulation for subsequent class work on History topics such as Life in Tudor Times and cross-curricular topics on Toys or Entertainment at Key stages 1 and 2. Highly recommended.”
