Although his trousers are on holiday, TIM BAT is here. He is a
friendly eccentric who knows no embarrassment, even with his knobbly
knees on show.
He plays the part of the silliest clown in town, having loads of fun
in the sun, playing with his yoyos, tops, puppets and all – and just
like the children, he loves every minute!
